You have a finished sample, a tech pack, a graded pattern, a BOM and a measurement specification.

The resolved design and construction approach are agreed. Changes after this point are re-costed, not absorbed.
Fabric, lining, interlining and trim confirmed with hand, weight, shade and lead time. Bulk cloth is approved against this.
The pre-production sample is approved and sealed. It becomes the physical standard for the order.
Final inspection report reviewed and release confirmed before the goods leave.
The earlier you join, the more of the product we can influence. The later you join, the faster we can move.
